PharmaSeq Delivers Talk at International RFID Conference

Monmouth Junction, NJ, September 30, 2009. PharmaSeq, Inc., announced today that its founder and President, Wlodek Mandecki, delivered a presentation at the RFID Europe 2009 Symposium held in Cambridge, England, on 29 and 30 September 2009. His talk was delivered in the session named "Stunning New Developments".

Dr. Mandecki's talk, which was titled: "Light-powered Microtransponders for Miniaturized RFID Tracking and Authentication" reviewed the Company's patented technology for use in various tagging and anti-counterfeiting applications with a specific emphasis on small laboratory animals including mice. Microtransponders, also called "p-Chips", which are light-activated RFID devices, are inexpensive and easy to use, overcoming many of the challenges facing other products in this field. Their use in RFID provides exceptional reliability at the lowest possible cost.

Richard Morris, CEO of PharmaSeq, Inc., remarked: "The use of PharmaSeq's ultra small and inexpensive RFID p-Chips will provide researchers and providers of high-valued products with a reliable way to track both animate and inanimate objects while reducing expenses. We anticipate that these products will be used in an ever increasing number of fields as they gain acceptance in the market."
